Submission Method
Authors should submit your papers to ICEPP2024 through
an online submission portal:
Electronic Submission System.
Authors are requested to create an account and submit the abstract or
full paper for review according to the guidelines set out below. The
same account will be used when you register for the conference. Please
keep the email and password used to create the account for future use.
Please do not create a new account. Should you require any assistance or
have a query about online submission, contact iceppconference@163.com.
Full paper submission
Please prepare your full paper based on the
Formatting Template (.doc). Accepted papers will be included
into conference proceedings which will be submitted to Scopus, SCImago and
other major databases for indexing. Each submitted paper should be
within 6 to 10 pages, including all
figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
Abstract submission
Please prepare your abstract based on the Formatting Template (.doc). Accepted abstract will be included in conference program, but will not be published, authors will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation.
Presentation Type
Oral Presentation
Oral presentations will be 12 minutes long with 3 minutes for questions
and answers.
Poster Presentation
Those accepted to deliver a poster presentation will be asked to produce
a poster for display at the Conference. Presenters are asked to take
note of the guidelines below when producing their poster.
Poster size is A1 (0.594 x 0.841 m)
Keep text to a minimum
Ensure any text is a minimum of size 16 font
Use graphs, charts, and/or tables
Ensure content has a logical flow
Make effective use of colour and graphics
Poster finish can be matt or gloss
Removal & collection of posters at the end of the display period remains
the responsibility of the presenter
Posters not removed by the indicated take–down time will be removed and
disposed of

It is ESSENTIAL that
you read the instructions before you submit
The Presenting Author must submit the manuscript
and is required to be the corresponding author for that submission
Manuscripts must be submitted in English
ICEPP will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ICEPP reviewing period.
Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
