Registration Guidance

To be considered for final acceptance and publication, each paper MUST have at least one paid full registration by the registration deadline. Papers that do not adhere to this requirement will be excluded in the proceedings or program.

Full Paper/Abstract

Submissions will be in the review process around one to two weeks, please be patient during this period.  If you have not received any feedback, you can email us or make a phone call to check the status. Please inform us that you are calling for ICEPP 2024 and mention your Paper ID when you are consulting.

After you receive the acceptance letter, please make sure that you need to do the registration procedures based on the guidelines. If you need a corporate account or PayPal account to transfer the registration fee, please contact iceppconference@163.com.

Please always keep your email available after you upload the registration documents in the system. We need time to check your registration documents to confirm the availabilities. Due to the failures to contact you, our organization will take no responsibility about your registration or publication of your paper.

Full paper registration includes presentation and publication if accepted. Abstract registration includes presentation without publication.

As a delegate, you can join all the conference program freely.

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, please keep the following refund policy applies:

• 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
